We will guide you through the steps to set up your new fashion business and you will complete your business plan.

You will work together with our founder in a virtual design brainstorm session to create the styles in your apparel collection. You will then work with our line planner to plan and merchandise your collection. Our founder will also source your fabrics and teach you how to source your trims, and you will work with our in-house technical designer to create your tech packs, the blueprint for the factory for your garments.

You will receive educational materials that will walk you through the process of determining your selling strategy and social media strategy.
We will work with you to establish your brand strategy and target customer. You will work with our in-house brand designer to create the logo and brand visuals for your new fashion business, and our founder, a trained webmaster, will create the e-commerce, online home for your apparel brand.

Our founder will work with you to place you with an apparel manufacturer and our technical designer will walk you through the entire sample development process, including hiring a fit model and conducting fit sessions until samples are approved. You will work with our costing specialist to cost your apparel collection and our founder will then manage the production process for you until completion.
