Time is crucial when first launching a brand because the initial period sets the tone for your brand's identity and market positioning. This is when you make your first impression on potential customers and stakeholders, which can significantly impact your long-term success. Our Sales Growth process includes tailored sales strategies, operational capacity planning, and comprehensive marketing activities to ensure your brand is on the right track for success from the start.

Three (3) hours of a one-on-one strategy session via a phone or video call with the Sales Growth Contractor, including a deep dive into the inner workings of the apparel business of the Client. The initial session will determine the budget, timelines, and points of leverage to develop the strategic plan.
