We are pleased to offer the unprecedented opportunity to receive 1:1 consulting directly from our founder and CEO, a 19-year New York fashion industry expert, author, published writer, woman-led small business owner, and adjunct professor at the School of Entrepreneurship at Florida State University.

 

Lisa Springsteel Dupré is a well-known and respected thought leader in the fashion space and can provide expert advice and recommendations in a variety of areas, including business planning, branding and selling strategy, design and merchandising, fabric sourcing, sustainable sourcing and manufacturing, sample development, production, social media strategy, and more.

Our founder offers fashion industry specific consulting services to clients who are in need of advice and recommendations.

Our Purpose

CONSULTING SERVICES

You will receive direct 1:1 consulting from the LYC founder on the topic(s) of your choice via video conference or audio call. 

​

Using our transformational approach, you will receive expert advice and recommendations that offer direct solutions and outcomes to the things that matter the most to you and your growing apparel brand.

ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTS 

Depending on the type of consulting you are receiving, in addition to the video or audio call, you may receive accompanying document(s). Please note this will only be provided if applicable and is not the standard for all consulting services.

1 HOUR OF CONSULTING
3 HOURS OF CONSULTING
VIP CONSULTING DAY INTENSIVE
MONTHLY RETAINER

You will receive (1) one hour of direct 1:1 consulting with the LYC founder via video conference or audio call, your preference.

You will be given a Consulting Services Questionnaire to fill out prior to the call that will allow our founder to plan ahead and be prepared to provide you with  the most effective and helpful advice and recommendations.

 

Cost: $400*

 

*Payment in full is required for this service.

You will receive (3) hours of direct 1:1 consulting with the LYC founder on the topic of your choice via video conference or audio call, your preference.

 

You will be given a Consulting Services Questionnaire to fill out prior to the call that will allow our founder to plan ahead and be prepared to provide you with the most effective and helpful advice and recommendations.

 

Cost: $1,100*

Our VIP Consulting Day Intensive is a unique opportunity to have (8) eight full hours of direct 1:1 consulting with the LYC founder during a VIP accelerated intensive that takes place all in one day. 8 hours dedicated to you, and your specific needs -- tackling your most pressing questions.

 

While our founder will be getting to work and working behind the scenes on your behalf for most of the day, there will be both a touch base call to make sure we are on track and your actual consulting call in which your deliverables will be reviewed and discussed. Our VIP Consulting Days typically take place on a Saturday or Sunday, since most of our clients work full-time.

Cost: $3,600*

*Payment Plan: 50% deposit; 50% balance at halfway point

Our monthly retainer consulting is one of our most popular consulting packages as it provides you with the ability to tap into our founder's in-depth fashion specific knowledge and expertise on an ongoing basis. You will receive consulting with your own personal consultant on a variety of topics throughout the month. You also have the option to book (1) one month or several months of retainer consulting at a time.

While our founder will be working behind the scenes for most of this time, there will be scheduled touch base consulting calls throughout in which your deliverables will be reviewed and discussed.

Cost: Varies depending on the # of hours booked per month; typically our clients book 12-15 hours per month totaling $4,800-$6,000*
